Our Approach
After our initial phone consultation, we will meet to review your project goals and objectives. We discuss your objectives and what we see as trends and how we can assist you. Generally, this initial consultation is at no charge. We do have a thirty mile exception due to time constraints.
Upon our second visit, we will bring you options to your home or commercial interior. We do not represent one manufacturer and will bring samples for you to choose from after our first meeting. In painting, we will bring paint to try on the wall. This meeting generally lasts two hours and we have a fee for our time and materials.
If you need us to locate designers and contractors for work we can provide them to you at the same no cost charge for an initial visit but then will provide you will a proposal for the second visit and/or the proposed work. In this case, it depends upon your timeframes and project strategy.
In all cases, we will provide a project proposal and strategy, if necessary. We will provide hourly rates or project rates depending upon the service. Our fees are fair and reasonable; we care most about you being satisfied with the results. We carry workers compensation and liability insurance and are licensed in the state of New Jersey with an HIC number. Referrals are provided upon request.
